Meet Raul A Correa. Raul has been with Paragon Training since he started triathlon 5 years ago. One very long, spontaneous bike ride led him to start making changes in his life to get healthy and fit. He has since become an exceptional athlete. We are honored to have Raul as part of our USA Cyling, USA Triathlon, and Ironman clubs.

Why do you like doing triathlons? It is a great way to stay healthy and travel.
Favorite post-workout or race meal:
Post-workout meal: Endurox r4 mixed with coconut water.
Race meal: 40 grams of protein mixed with 2 cups of apple sauce, one banana, and water; and 24 oz of Gatorade endurance (all 3hrs before race).
What do you want to be when you grow up? Well, just be healthy.
What is something no one knows about you? That I was a foreign exchange student in my senior year in upstate New York. I took my varsity soccer team to state finals and soccer wasn’t my sport in Mexico. Lol.
