Summer Running Camp
The Paragon Summer Running Camp prepares middle and high school athletes for a successful fall cross-country season. The main focus of our 7-week camp will be on aerobic conditioning, drills, coordination, strength and HAVING FUN! Participants will also learn about nutrition, common running injuries, injury prevention, mental preparation, training logs, goal setting and much more. Runners will train in groups with others their own ability, and each group will be led by an experienced assistant coach in addition to Head Coach, Mark Saroni. Anyone 11 years old and up who is able to run 3 miles without stopping is welcome! Come join us, have fun and get FAST!
