Andrew Joy came to win! Following a brutal criterium race a few days prior, AJ raced on tired legs and still managed to find the strength to take it to the top. Not much else to be said, but congratulations!
Summer Run Camp
In other news, Paragon Training's running camp started last Monday and is already off to a great start. Lots of happy athletes are in attendance and ready to have fun and conquer their pursuit of excellence.
