McKenzie PR's Marathon by 45 Minutes!

Austin Marathon

Justin McKenzie headed to the state capital to compete at the Austin Marathon. He ran hard, performed well, and made us all proud! McKenzie overcame the hills in Austin, and persevered through training while juggling time with his family and newborn child.

This was the 28th Anniversary of the Austin Marathon with 17,000 runners taking to the streets.

Junior Cycling Skills

This past weekend we kicked off our junior cycling skills series with many enthusiastic and excited kids. They practiced a variety of skills including starts, stops, cornering ("inside knee UP!," Coach Mark shouts in the background), and shifting.

The next clinic will be on the 24th and is open to all ages and ability levels. There are two age groups we work with: 13 & older from 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM, and 12 & under from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The training grounds take place at the UTSA East Campus parking lot (see our FB or the image below for more info).
