About the event
Come train with professional triathletes Rebecca Marrou and Coach Mark Saroni, as well as our entire team of Paragon coaches and your teammates. We will work on a variety of skills in all 3 disciplines as well as get some quality aerobic training sessions in. Coach Krista Neugebauer will give us a nutrition talk about how to change phases of nutrition with phases of training.
