Join us for Yoga Reset, a class designed specifically for athletes. Led by Lauren Weidenfeld, a certified adaptive yoga instructor and former collegiate runner, this session focuses on restoring your body, recalibrating your mind, and helping you show up stronger for your sport.
When Laurel’s competitive running career ended with a hip injury, yoga became her path back to movement—and to herself. Since then, she’s completed certifications in adaptive yoga, trauma-informed instruction, advanced yin, and sound healing. Her teaching is rooted in the principles of yoga therapy and functional movement, making it especially relevant for athletes navigating high training loads, physical strain, and mental fatigue.
