It includes the full Safety Check plus more detailed attention to the drivetrain, shifting, braking, wheels, and overall cleanliness of the bike. The goal is not to overhaul the bike; it is to keep a well-maintained training bike performing the way it should. This is the service we recommend for regular upkeep throughout the season.
