PR your next race with confidence
If you are a serious triathlete who is interested in PRing your next race and doing it well, this is the plan for you. It delivers exactly what it promises and then some. I just finished IM Cozumel 2020 and I have never felt fitter, stronger, or more confident going into a race. I PRed my full IM with time to spare and, not only that, I was able to race injury- and pain-free. My recovery time was also significantly reduced and I am ready to go do it again. The time commitment is lower than other plans I have followed before because the intensity is a little higher during the week but it is still very manageable. Plus, you get to have more family time (which was important for me). The strength component is amazing. You can do it with some basic gym equipment and it does not take much time at all. It is also a key part of the program as I am convinced it helped me cure some chronic issues I had for years like runner’s knee, and it allowed me to train and race without any physical problems. In short, if you are not a newcomer and you want to be stronger and faster in your next IM, then this plan will get you there. It works. Five stars.

Just 2 years ago I couldn’t finish a race of any length without walking, without feeling the need for air in my lungs, without feeling that I couldn’t give one more step.
Last June in BSLT, I was ready to quit.
Then IM training took off and the training just made me happy, happy to know that I could ride 60, 80 100 miles or run more than 13.
Of course IMAZ has been the high point and I cannot wait to set my next goal.

Love running without pain
I loved this plan! It helped me develop a running routine while also making sure that I am doing strength training and stretching all of which helped me enjoy my runs without backpain and lots of core strength. The coach uploads the program on my Training Peaks and I all have to do is to see what is on schedule that day and execute without worrying about whether I am training right, too little, or too much!
In addition, the coach was always available via email and answered my questions in great detail. I highly recommend it to those who want to build a solid running base without pain.
