Meet Mia Arguello. She loves swimming and has been with Paragon Training since the beginning. We are honored to have her as part of our USA Swim Club.

How long have you been swimming? 6 years

Why do you like swimming? I like to swim for the stress relief and the social aspect.

Favorite post-workout or race meal: Ramen noodles

College plans? I would like to go to an art school.

What do you want to be when you grow up? I would like to be an artist.

What is something no one knows about you? I like badly written horror stories on the internet.
