Running - Track Relays


I loved this plan! It helped me develop a running routine while also making sure that I am doing strength training and stretching all of which helped me enjoy my runs without back pain and lots of core strength. The coach uploads the program on my Training Peaks and I all have to do is to see what is on schedule that day and execute without worrying about whether I am training right, too little, or too much!
