Age: 33 (as of June 7, happy birthday!)

Occupation: Branch Manager for a Texas-based mortgage company

How long have you been swimming, cycling, running, and/or doing triathlons? I was a runner in HS and then ran in college. But cycling/swimming and triathlon are a newer adventure!

What aspects of triathlon do you enjoy most? The training.

What has been your favorite training or racing event, and why? When I competed in running at a high level I trained to race... now I just love to train. It's so hard to beat cycling in the Texas Hill Country.

What is your favorite post-workout or race meal? Chocolate Milk

What is one recent accomplishment you are proud of? (race, academic, life goal completed, etc): I did my first gravel race earlier this spring and did the 60-mile race under 3 hours, which I was pleased with for my first bike race.

What do you want to be when you grow up? To be a full time endurance junkie. The ultimate goal is to be fit enough to compete in ANY endurance event at ANY TIME. Half Marathon in three weeks, sure let's do it. Half Ironman next month, why not. 50 mile Ultramarathon, bring it on. 100 mile cycling race -- just a weekend ride.

What is something no one knows about you? A few people know this, but I worked for Ironman during college putting on races around the country (half/full Ironmans).
