Texas Tough Duathlon Course Preview
Also this weekend, Paragon Training hosted the Texas Tough Duathlon Course Preview. Three University collegiate teams attended: UTSA, Texas State, and University of the Incarnate Word. We ran the 5k course, bike the 16 miles of rolling and steep hills, and some of us also ran the final 2.5k. The course preview helps athletes prepare for race day, November 17. See the Texas Tough Duathlon website for more information about the race or volunteering.
Make sure to send your pictures from training and racing to: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can showcase all the rad stuff you guys do.
