Paragon Training, Announces Paragon Pro Project for Summer 2024

San Antonio, TX — Paragon Training, powered by Ancira Automotive, is unveiling an elite athlete development program slated for the summer of 2024. The Paragon Pro Project, under the guidance of USA Triathlon Level II Coach, Mark Saroni, will host a 12-week Daily Training Environment (DTE) that will provide elite athletes the coaching, resources, and training environment to achieve success at the highest level. The program is specifically tailored for athletes aiming to secure or who already possess an elite license, offering them a unique opportunity to train in San Antonio, TX — nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with hundreds of miles of cycling and running trails throughout the city.

Head Coach Mark Saroni says, “I’m incredibly excited about this opportunity to provide elite and developing elite athletes and environment that centers around their performance. I’ve learned a lot of lessons in my time in sport, and one of the most crucial is that achieving peak performance is not just about training hard. That is a prerequisite of course but there is so much more that goes into performance than just hard training. My goal with the Paragon Pro Project powered ⚡️ by Ancira Automotive is to give athletes the opportunity to experience what a high-performance environment is. Moving is hard and stressful, so by starting with a shorter commitment time frame, it gives both the athletes and myself as coach, the opportunity to make sure the program is a good fit for everyone. After the summer, we will re-assess and discuss with the athletes in the program if they want to stay and train full-time.”

Program Highlights:

●   Leadership by Mark Saroni, USA Triathlon Level II Coach, professional triathlete, and 20+ years of experience in triathlon and draft-legal racing.

●   Comprehensive Training: 8-10 group practices each week, focusing on all triathlon disciplines.
